You won’t be seeing any knitting projects from me anytime soon especially after a recent {knitting} Craft Fail. You will however, find me sharing projects that I wrapped with yarn. Like this cute Yarn Wrapped Heart that I made for my Valentine’s decor this year.

Yarn Wrapped Heart

Getting back to my recent {knitting} Craft Fail. I did attempt to knit a scarf over Christmas when I was visiting family. I thought it would be the perfect craft project to learn while I was sitting around visiting. Sounds fun, right?
I bought silver sequins yarn, knitting needles, watched a few YouTube videos and my {patient} SIL attempted to teach me. Basically, it blew my mind. Epic Fail. I’ll just stick to wrapping things in yarn.

To make this Yarn Wrapped Heart, I wrapped a Styrofoam heart base with pink and white yarn, added a Tag and Chips from the Pebbles, Yours Truly collection. How cute is that lil’ birdie?.
