Purple is my favorite Halloween color. Well, it’s more like purple glitter. Every year I just add lil’ more purple into my Halloween decor, like these Purple Glitter Wood Pumpkins made out of scrap wood, purple paint and of course, purple glitter.

Purple Glitter Wood Pumpkins
Black and white seems to be Halloween trending now but, I’m sticking with purple and I’ll just add in some fake black crows and spiders from the Dollar Store for a black fix.
I had some scrap wood in the garage so I used my jigsaw to cut the wood blocks in to three different sizes of blocks I wanted. My daughter actually helped me paint the wood blocks using Americana paint.
To add more purple and bling on to the Purple Pumpkins, I made DIY purple Glitter Tape and Dots. To make DIY Glitter Tape and Dot, you just need double sided tape and a round glue dots adhesive. Adhere the tape on to the surface then, remove then top backing, sprinkle glitter and shake off excess. Pretty easy and you’re really only limited to the color of glitter you own.
I added wine corks as pumpkin stems , green wire and cut some paper leaves to add on to the top of the Purple Glitter Pumpkins.
As you can tell, purple is my favorite Halloween color evidenced by my overload in Purple Glitter Pumpkins pictures..lol… what’s yours?
