October 14, 2015 by Holly Gagnon 1 Comment

Halloween is a busy time around our house.  Lots of activities, school parties, Trunk or Treats and of course Halloween night brings lots of Trick or Treaters.    Lots.  Like random people park along my street house just to Trick or Treat our neighborhood lots.

So, I do like to have  special treats ready, like cute Button Eye  Halloween Treat Bags for some of my kiddos good friends that may stop by.

Sometimes the crafts I make are so easy I’m like, should I really share this?   But of course, I forget that people like easy.  I just like to make crafting complicated.   I call it Craft OCD.   These  Button Eye Halloween Treat Bags are even so easy,  the kids could  make them for their friends too.

Painted Kraft Paper Bags for Hallloween

I always have little bags in my craft stash.  It’s more like bag hoarding  but I just like little bags.    These Button Eye Bags are made from small Kraft paper bags that I quickly dry brushed white paint across the front.

Then I used Glue Dots to adhere black buttons and googly eyes on the front and used a Sharpie to draw a funny mouth,    I told you these were easy Treat Bags.  You are only limited to how good of a face you can draw on the bag.

Easy Button Eye Halloween Treat Bags. All you need is small kraft bags, paint, buttons and googly eyes! Kids can even make these for their friends.!

After the Button Eye Treat Bags were filled with treats, I used Halloween  Washi tape to close the bag. Pretty cute and simple, huh?   Such a simple idea that even the kids will love making them up too.
