Personalized Teacher Appreciation Gift

April 25, 2017 by Holly Gagnon Leave a Comment

Show those special Teacher’s in your life how much you appreciate them by giving them Personalized Gifts for  Teacher Appreciation Day.   When I say personalized,  I don’t mean another coffee cup, picture frame or notebook with their name on it.  I mean,  personalizing actual desk supplies that any Teacher will totally use on a daily basis.

Teacher Gift Ideas

{this post contains affliate inks referencing products used}

One thing I do know  from volunteering in my kids classrooms, is a Teacher can never, ever have enough desk supplies..  Typically, these supplies are provided by the Teacher themselves so it’s especially frustrating when your own desk supplies seem to grow legs and disapear  #SoNotCool

Epson Phone App

To help give those desk supplies a longer life, I personalized the gifts by using an Epson LW-600P  LabelWorks Printer to create labels for everyday practical desk supplies.

This little, portable machine was sooo easy to create with.  Especially since you can print labels straight  from a smartphone, tablet, PC or Mac. Print.  It’s app-enabled so all you have to do is download the  LabelWorks-compatible iLabel app to design and print labels directly to the label maker.   Once downloaded you can get really creative with font styles, sizes and you can even add in Emoji’s.

To help my daughter’s Teacher stay organized, I added days of the week labels on metal binder clips, labeled a stapler to tell every one that it belongs to her and labeled a  plastic container to  holds rubber bands. The container could also be labeled for paper clips, erasers or whatever else your teacher uses daily in the classroom.

Once Sheet Cookie Box to hold Teacher Appreciation Gifts

After I Personalized the Teacher Appreciation  Gifts, I put all the supplies inside a One Sheet Box.  It’s called a Cookie Box but it’s basically an awesome multi-purpose box made from  only one sheet of scrapbookng paper.  It’s the  perfect size box to  hold lot of things.  View my tutorial on how to make a One Sheet Cookie Box.

After the gift box was assembled, I embellished it with  scrapbooking stickers, ribbon and other embellishments.

I’m really excited to give my daughter’s teacher these Personalized Teacher Appreciation Gifts.   The Epson LW-600P  LabelWorks Printer  totally help me rock this easy and inexpensive Teacher Appreciation Gift Idea too.
