Any card I make must be given with a coordinating envelope.  It’s just a rule.  This extra step doesn’t take much time and it’s all about the presentation, right?   Here’s how simple it is to make a  lined envelope.

How to line envelopes with scrapbooking paper

Since I didn’t have any A2 envelopes in my stash, I used my Silhouette CAMEO to cut out a  Thank You Card Envelope cut file from Lori Whitlock.

Depending on the size of your envelope,  cut and trim pattered paper to fit inside the envelope.  The paper only needs to be just long enough so you won’t see any of the inside of the envelope.   Then, use a corner punch,  to round the corners.  You don’t have to do this step, I just think it looks nice and finished in my opnion.

Since the cards I used with the coordinating envelopes were pre-made, I just embellished them a bit more  embellished with Valentines stickers, chipboard accents, twine and candy dots.

I them wrapped the cards and envelopes up with a pretty, red tulle to make the perfect presentation!
