Now if Rainbows could be tasted, this is exactly what I think “Taste the Rainbow” would taste like. Especially, since this popcorn is actually made with Skittles. Yum!
Each flavor of the Skittles is actually melted down. You can find my Easy Skittle Popcorn recipe Here.
Pretty, pretty ROYGBIV… right?! Pretty and colorful Rainbow Popcorn on green plates.
Another easy way to decorate your tablescape for St. Patrick’s Day is to cut pennant flags out of green gingham paper , adhere a St. Patrick’s Day sticker in the center then hot glue the flag on to a bamboo skewer.
The glittered Shamrock die cut attached on to the paper bag is actually from the Dollar store and also hot glued on to a skewer then stuck in mason jar of Skittles!
I hope you get a chance to Taste the Rainbow this St. Patrick’s Day with this easy St. Patrick’s Day Rainbow Popcorn recipe. My favorite flavor is lime, What’s your favorite Skittles Flavor?
