Love giving handmade treats? I”ve always said it’s totally about the presentation. These little Paper Mugs really are such a cute little package idea.
All you need to make this Paper Mugs is a score board and pretty, double sided Christmas paper. The are the perfect size to fill with You can fill them up with coffee, hot cocoa mix, candies or any other little holiday treats.
How to make Paper Mugs:
- Cut a piece of paper at 9 inches x 4 1/2 inches long
- Fip the paper so that the inside of the cup is up and at 1″, 2″, 3″, 4″, 5″, 6″, 7″ and 8 inches.
- Rotate the paper 1/4 turn and score again at 1 1/2 inches.
- Gently fold paper along score lines
- Cut tabs along the score lines at the bottom.
- Cut two notches on the last tab of paper to make a tab to adhere to the other end of the paper.
Fold and adhere the bottom tabs to close the bottom of the mug.-
Using a piece of coordinating scrap paper make a two inche cicle to use as the handle of the cup. I used my die cutting machine to make the circle.
-
Score the ends of the handle to make little tabs to adhere on to the outside of the cup.
Now decorate your Paper Mugs with with Christmas stamps and other embellishments then fill them up with Holiday treats.
