Ocean Aquarium Slime
Have you ever made Slime before? It’s been years for me. Let me tell you, once you’ve made it, you kinda love it. The consistency is addicting, almost therapeutic.
Plus, the slime can be made in any color, you can add fun things like glitter, glow in the dark paints in to the slime or even give it texture with FloraCraft Slime Ballz.
To make the Ocean Aquarium Slime, I followed the recipe on the back of the Slime Ballz package using Liquid Starch and White Glue.
Since, I was going with ocean aquarium themed slime. I added a few drops of blue food coloring in to the slime before mixing in the foam ballz.
Aren’t the Slime Ballz just the neatest. The texture really makes you want to knead, knead and more knead. I told you it was therapeutic.
To bring the aquarium element in to my Ocean Aquarium Slime, I used my Silhouette CAMEO to cut out die cut shapes using the offset and Print N Cut functions. I then hot glued the layers on to toothpicks.
Now let your imagination dive deep in to the ocean. Pretend you’re playing in the cool blue ocean water along with a mermaid, colorful fish, a starfish and a crab. Therapeutic, right?
When you are done playing with the Ocean Aquarium Slime, keep the ocean slime in the aquarium covered with plastic wrap so it doesn’t dry out.
