Fall Paper Cone Wreath

November 17, 2011 by Holly Gagnon 24 Comments

You’ve seen those gorgeous Paper Cone Wreaths all over Pinterest.   Since they look easy enough to make,  I thought I’d give one a try so this is my first attempt at a making a paper cone wreath and so far  I’m hooked!
Fall Paper Cone Wreath made from rolled paper cones. So pretty for Fall!

{this post contains affliate links referencing products used}

To make this Fall Paper Cone Wreath, I  used a Recollections paper pack from Micheal’s.  It really is so pretty with its warm colors and I knew the papers would make for a great wreath.  Ther outer layer of the wreath is made with  6 x 6 paper squares rolled  in to cones.  The inner cones are cut at 4 x 6, rolled in to cones and  and layered on top of the outer layer.

Follow my step by step tutorial on how to make a Paper Cone Wreath

To cover the center of the wreath, I cut an 8 inch scallop circle with my Cricut and adhered a die cut Giving Thanks sentiment cut from Cricut  Celebrate with Flourish cartridge in to the center.

I hope the Fall Paper Cone Wreath inspires you to make one of your own.

    What holds the cones together? Base? Some of us are “klutzy-crafters” and need more direction than this! Help! Thanks.
