Rustic Star Card

May 27, 2015 by Holly Gagnon 25 Comments

Who loves rustic Americana and Stars ?  Me, Me!   The older and junkier the stars are the better.   Inspired by my love of  rustic Americana decor,  here is a simple Rustic Star Card perfect to bring on Summer and  celebrate the 4th of July.

Rustic Star Card made with dimensional stars.

My heart also has a soft spot for Kraft paper and burlap.  Add in some torn Core’dinations paper and a few buttons and my rustic American side is swooning.   I should live in an old Barn.

How to make a 3D star

The stars are  cut at 2 1/2 & 3 inches from the Cricut Cricut George.  then I used a score board to make them dimensional.   Easy Peasy!   Seriously, You can’t go wrong with  adding 3D stars on to a Rustic Card so easy to make and really do make a statement!
