Heart Garland Tutorial

I have a Heart Garland that I made last year hanging up on a mirror in my bedroom.  It matches my bedroom colors and decor.  It's held up well and I enjoy looking at it everyday.  My husband tells me to stop looking at it.  Pfft! Valentine CANDi Card
