I’ve been making things out of paper for years now. A lot of it is given away, re-cycled or trashed. I know. It goes in the trash sometimes. I just can’t keep everything but I do keep some of the bigger projects I’ve made like Home Decor and Wreaths.

Pretty Paper Cone Love Wreath
My seasonal wreaths are hung on a wall inside a closet but the everyday wreaths typically hang in my Craft Room. Like this Pretty Paper Cone Love Wreath that I just gave a makeover to.
Paper Cones Wreaths make such a beautiful statement. All you really need is pattered scrapbooking paper, hot glue and a little bit of patience. I made this wreath four years ago with the beautiful American Crafts Dear Lizzy Neapolitan papers. Those papers are still one of my all time paper favorites too.
This is how the wreath looked before. You can follow my tutorial on how I made my original Paper Cone Wreath. It’s now a lil’ dated and the die cut was fading some but since the paper cones still looked great, I simply updated the center.
I removed the Smile die cut and used my Silhouette to cut out a circle with chevron paper then adhered a Gold Glitter Chipboard Die Cut and Gold heart sticker from Pebbles Inc in the center.
That’s it! A simple and quick Paper Cone Wreath makeover that brings this wreath up to date in my opinion and coordinates with my clean craft room. I recently posted my Craft Room Tour on my blog this past week so I’m pretty happy it’s still lookin’ clean! Boom!
I sure hope my Pretty Paper Cone Love Wreath looks great for another few more years!
