3D Metallic Advent Calendar

 Do you love counting the days down till Christmas.  It’s always a fun thing to do in our house and the kids enjoy finding little treats in their  3D Metallic Advent Calendar too.

I’ll admit tho, I’m glad the 25th will be here soon ’cause I tend to run  outta daily advent  calendar ideas along with Elf on the Shelf antics.  Surprising them kiddo’s daily is a lot of work…Phew!

I made this Metallic Advent Calendar out of a paper mache 3D Advent Calendar with drawers that I painted with Metallic paints and embellished with Pink Paislee Snow Village collection.

I  love using DecoArt’s  Metallics and Glamour paints on projects.  They really are so sparkly and  just made the  Advent Calendar shine!

The Snow Village ephemera pack totally hooked me up making this calendar too.  I had no idea the ephemera pack contained all the countdown numbers I needed for this calendar.  Don’t ya just love when you  find lil’ surprises like this?

This 3d Advent Calendar turned out so pretty.  The pictures don’t even show it justice.  Now I need to lurk Pinterest for ideas on ideas on how to fill it up for 25 days!
