Fabulous at 40 Birthday Card

I made this Birthday card for my “super-crafty” Sister-in-Law, really that’s what her name should be!Not only is she fabulously crafty she looks “Fabulous at 40!”  Doesn’t every women want to look Fabulous at 40?  I have 2 more years to get there…Ack!Fabulous 40 Card
