Cupcake Box for any Occasion

August 30, 2013 by Holly Gagnon 24 Comments

This Every Day Cupcake Box is perfect for any occasion or just a treat to brighten someone’s day.   I actually made this  for my blog pal Jill,  from Every Day is an Occasion with who is celebrating a blog milestone.    I knew Jill  back when she was Jaihart.   Now, Jill is lil’ “Ms. Fancy Schmancy” with a different blog name, a change to WordPress and a hostess of Link parties.  She’s still one of my blog besties though and I’m honored to celebrate this 1 year milestone with her.

So, how do you celebrate an  Every Day Occasion in life?  With cupcakes, of course!

Every Day Cupcake Box Holder made with Silhouette and scrapbooking paper is just perfect to brighten anyone's day!

Cupcake Box for any Occasion

I made this cute Cupcake Box  using my Silhouette and a Rivka Wilkins cut file and Echo Park Paper’s  Sweet Girl papers.    I even made the cupcakes so I could be all matchy- match with Jill’s blog and my project.  I really am a good bloggy friend to have.

Every Day Cupcake Box made with Silhouette and scrapbooking paper is just perfect to brighten anyone's day!

If I was actually going to give this box out as a party favor, I would’ve added a cellophane {tks Arin for the proper name} window covering to it but the cellophane wasn’t working in the photos.  So out it went.

How to make a Pinwheel out of scrapbooking paper

Since it’s a birthday celebration, what decorations are better than whimsical pinwheels?  I cut the pinwheel out of coordinating paper and added a Buttons Galore button to the center.

This Every Day Cupcake Box will brighten someone’s day for sure!
