Happy New Year! A new year also means another round of birthdays to {remember}celebrate. To help keep those upcoming birthday’s in mind throughout the year, I made a Birthday Star Wreath using Echo Park Paper’s Through the Year kit.
Birthday Star Wreath

I just read about the new trends coming out at CHA this year. Stars are on the list. Looks like I’m already ahead of the the game making this Star statement. I’ve always been a big fan of stars, trends or not.
The wreath is made from Through the Year patterned papers and an Echo Park Paper Stars cut file. Each star is scored point to point, then mountain and valley folded to make dimensional.
I cut each of my family’s birth date out using a Silhouette font then adhered the dates on to the coordinating months star.
How to make 3D Stars
The Birthday Star Wreath is embellished with buttons, stick pins and Thorough the Year Alpha stickers.
