Egg Carton Halloween Witch

I won’t lie,  I tend to have an issue with collecting hoarding  empty jars, cans and cartons.  As a crafter, you never know when you’re gonna need something, right?  What if the teacher happens to send home a note asking each student to bring in an empty egg carton?  I will be that Mom that’s  like, Hey, I can spot the whole class!  Boom!

Supplies needed to make Egg Carton Witch

Supplies Needed:

Cardboard Egg Carton
Hot Glue Gun
Green Paint
Googly  Eyes
Black Cardstock
Scissors and paper trimmer
Halloween ribbon and embellishments
Wood Dowel
Mini Witch Hat

Witch Hat made with Cricut

To make the Witch Hat, I used a Cricut party hat cut file but if you don’t have a die cutting machine, you could also make a hat using a template or buy mini witches hats in bulk.  I embellished the hat with glitter circles, Halloween ribbon and a stamped sentiment.

Making a Halloween Withc out of an Egg Carton is a creative Halloween activity perfect for a classroom party.

This Egg Carton Halloween Witch is such a fun and creative activity for the kid to make and a good reason for Mom to hoard random items too.
