Fall Rosette Wreath

October 26, 2011 by Holly Gagnon 29 Comments

Fall is my favorite season.   I just love all the warm, cozy colors Fall brings too.  I  have a friend who loves Fall as much as I do and since I am thankful for her friendship, I made this Fall Rosette Wreath her to enjoy.

I’ve made a few of these Rosette wreaths now  and I always enjoy creating them despite being “burned to heck” by my glue gun!  They’re really easy to make and the  possibilities are always endless.   Here’s a tutorial on how I  make my paper rosettes.

How to make a Rosette

To make paper rosettes, you  need a score board, patterned paper, strong tape, hot glue and a little bit of patience.  They really are easy once you get the hang of it.

Rosette Wreath Fall 4

I decorated my Fall Rosette Wreath with die cuts made with my Cricut.  Isn’t this lil’ Scarecrow too cute?  He’s cut from Cricut Creative Memories Cheerful Seasons.  I dressed him up with scrap paper, buttons, googly eyes and raffia.

Rosette Wreath Fall 2

The Fall paper is from Recollections found at Michael’s.  I know I’ve mentioned this before but I just LOVE this paper pack!  I wish I would of bought two packs.

Rosette Wreath Fall 3

The Fall Rosette Wreath is also  embellished  with buttons and stamped Fall sentiments.    I love the way this wreath turned out.   It was hard to give it away but I’m thankful for my friend.
