My family and I’ve been off on a cross-country road trip the last few weeks enjoying the Great Outdoors. OK, I’m enjoying the Great Outdoors, the rest of The Fam doesn’t seem to appreciate all the snaps I take of them standing in front of unique trees and flowers. I call it inspiration, they say it just all looks the same. Lame.
So, inspired by the my recent Outdoor Adventures, I made a rustic Great Outdoors Card perfect for any of those Outdoors peeps who appreciate looking at unique tree bark sometimes.

To make the card I used my all time favorite Kraft paper as the card base, stamped a piece of cardstock with a wood grain stamp using various distressing ink colors then used my Cricut to cut a tree from the Graphically Speaking cartridge. Love how the wood grain stamp created that random, rustic look!
The card is wrapped with Hemptique cord , along with curled copper wire through a wood button and a coordinating Great Outdoors sentiment.
