Pinch Proof St. Patrick’s Day Card

February 19, 2013 by Holly Gagnon 11 Comments

Well, Valentines Day is over and now we’re on to the next Holiday.  I don’t do to much for St. Patrick’s Day except make a few cards and help the kiddos make traps to catch a Leprechaun.  We’ve yet to catch that little bugger.  Maybe they’ll get lucky this year and catch him and maybe they should leave him this Pinch Proof  St. Patrick’s Day Card just in case too.  Anyways,  at least he leaves us chocolate gold coins.

Pinch Proof St Patrick’s Day Card

I downloaded this “Pinch Proof” cut file from the Silhouette store.  This file is designed to be used with the Rhinestone feature but I liked how it looked sans Rhinestones.  That’s just way to much work anyways.  I used a few gold Toy Box CANDi’s as embellishments and added green glitter to the Shamrock for a little bling.

Love the way my Pinch Proof  St. Patrick’s Day  Card turned out.  Green and Kraft paper really are the best!   I hope our little Leprechaun likes it’s and it  will keep us  Pinch Proof!

Well, if that’s not the most perfect sentiment for St. Paddy’s day! Made me think of my days at school when I didn’t dare show up without wearing green or I’d never hear the end of it. Great card! Thanks for playing at Cardz TV.

You are so right. I remember getting pinched by my friends when I did not wear green on St. Patrick’s Day, lesson well learned. Great job.
