Halloween is all about interactive fun from animated decorations that make those annoying sounds to Halloween recipes that bubble and spooky Halloween crafts that come alive.
I decided to make Halloween Mini Monster Soda Cans some to life by just using a few craft supplies. These decorative Mini Monsters Soda Cans are the prefect size to pass out to Trick or Treaters or have your Halloween party guests make their own.
If you’re a crafty person, you probably have most of the supplies needed already on hand to decorate the Mini Monster with. If not, you will need colored cards stock, googly eyes, scissors, faux fir and a hot glue gun and of course, the most important item you will need is the Mini Monsters Soda Cans.
I love how these 7.5 oz cans are so colorful and unique It was really easy to bring the Mini Monsters to life by just adding a few small details.
The Orange Mini Monster is created out of Sunkist 6-pack Monster Cans a paper strip headband, orange feet and lots of googly eyes.
To make the Monster headband, use a paper trimmer to cut out a 7 inch x 1/4 inch strip of orange card stock. Then, attach eight – 3 inch paper strips and googly eyes along the headband strip and wrap around can.
Of course, what’s a monster without feet? I used my Silhouette CAMEO to cut out the spooky paper feet to add on to the bottom of the cans.
The 7UP 6-pack Monster Cans and Canada Dry 6-pack Monster Cans are brought to life with a paper headband, horns, feet, googly eyes and fins. The fins were simple to make by accordion folding paper and attaching the fins on to the can using hot glue.
I love how the googly eyes are a simple and creative detail added on each can that really do make the Mini Monsters come alive.
The brown, furry Mini Monster made from the A&W 6-pack Monster Cans are my favorite. This little brown guy was brought to life with a paper headband, horns, spooky feet and faux fur! How cute is the fur?
Since the Squirt 6-pack Monster Cans have a skeleton on the front and skeletons don’t really have feet, I used my Silhouette CAMEO again to cut out crossbones to adhere on to the back of the can.
