My son’s class was asked to bring in a flower from there garden to make a bouquet for there teacher during Teacher Appreciation week. Well, we live in the desert and I’ve had zero luck in growing flowers but I can make a heck of a paper flowers! My son got over his grumbles from “breaking the rules about bringing in a garden flower” when I showed him the one of a kind Teacher Corsage Flower I made for his teacher.
Teacher Corsage Flower

Yes, real flowers are great but I think paper flowers are even better. Paper flowers can be made out of any color you want and more importantly, will last a very long time.
To make this Teacher Corsage Flower, I used my Cricut and the Cricut Flower Shoppe cartridge. The flower is made up of 4 layers that I cut at 5 inches each and the leaves are also cut at 2 1/2 inches. I also added a pennant flag stamped with a sentiment inside the corsage.
I think this Teacher Corsage is a totally unique idea and I bet some of the other Teacher’s will be totally jealous they didn’t get one too.
