I made this box for my sister-in-law, who is a very talented crafter herself and also happens to be the one who introduced me to the world of Cricut. I’m not sure if my husband can appreciate this life changing crafting experience of mine, but I know I do.
The last wooden box I altered was for my Mom for Mother’s Day and I spray painted her box. For this one, I wanted to play with some Mod Podge. I adhered paper from Cosmo Cricket Salt Air collection to the sides and inside of the box, cut a multi-layered flower from Cricut Flower Shoppe and used Storybook to for the inside monogram.
Ahh….so pretty, love it! Now why am I always giving away the things I like?
This came out wonderful. Great color to
I just saw this on Jaihart linky party.

How cute your box is and you did a great job with the paper with the big flower on top. Plus getting it from the dollar store great crafty eye. Thanks for sharing.
Holly – this is stunning. I have yet to use Mod Podge, is it easy to use?
