Mini Album’s are just fun. Heck, anything in the size of a Mini is fun! Follow my tutorial on how to make your own Mini Shaped Album with or without a die cutting machine.
To make the mini album durable using cardstock, I cut the base of album twice out of white card stock, adhered the two pieces together then matted both sides with various patterned papers. This simple house shape could also be traced and cut out by hand but using the Silhouette made it a lot quicker {a little more precise} and you’re definitely not limited to simple cut out shapes.
After the pages were cut and matted, I used a hole punch to attach them together with a binder ring.
The inside of the mini album is embellished with Our Family Accent stickers, Journaling, enamel dots and seam binding ribbon. I also used my Silhouette again to cut out cute Echo Park Male and Female Icon cut files to personalized the album with my own family.
