After School Activity and Snack with Chalkboard Paper

You just never know what attitudes are going to creep out after school in my house.  After School Activities and Snacks are a must!   It’s not unusual for my kids to be cranky at times and they’re definitely  hungry  so when they walk through the door.  My son has no problem  grabbing  his favorite  NABISCO Go-Paks! Mini NILLA Wafers and chill out on his iPad  for a while but my daughter likes to unwind using  her creativity.   Sounds like she takes after her Mama, huh?

How to make An Easy After School Activity and Snack idea using Chalkboard Paper. #SnackAndGo

Since my daughter loves to draw with chalk, it inspired me to incorporate an after school snack with a creative activity to help her unwind a bit.   To make my life easier and to avoid the after school attitudes,  I keep a variety of  NABISCO Go-Paks! and Snack Pack® Pudding Cups  on hand.  Can’t go wrong with cookies, pudding,  whipped topping and art,  right?   My kids favorite flavors are Mini OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies,  CHIPS AHOY! Mini Chocolate Chip Cookie  and NUTTER BUTTER Bites Sandwich Cookies and Mini NILLA Wafers flavors.

There’s just something about Mini foods that makes everyone happier.

Chalkboard Paper and Snacks.

This After School Activity  ans Snack was easy to make by covering NABISCO Go-Paks! with chalkboard paper.  To cover the Go-Paks!, I made a template out of copy paper and used it to trace out a piece of chalkboard paper that will fit around a NABISCO Go-Paks! container.

I then adhered the  chalkboard paper around the containers using Washi Tape and wrote on the paper with chalk.

I incorporated  Snack Pack® Pudding Cup in to the After School Activity idea by cutting out a circle with chalkboard paper and adhered it on top of  the pudding.  Who doesn’t love to dip they’re cookies in something creamy?

Reddi Whip Can with Chalkboard Tag

Since whipped topping will  totally make most smile, I  cut another tag out of  the chalkboard paper to hang on the Reddi Whip Original can.

The NABISCO Go-Paks! and Snack Pack® Pudding Cup are the perfect size to snack on, perfect to create a walking tacos with and perfect for on the go too since they’re made of plastic and won’t leak.

As you can see, my daughter loves to unwind with a simple After School Activity while enjoying a fun and creative snack.   It definitely  helps to keep her little attitudes in check too!
