Sew it’s your Birthday Card

September 1, 2011 by Holly Gagnon 21 Comments

I actually don’t  know how to sew.  It would take me at least 20-30 minutes to sew on a button or patch!  So, using my faux sewing techniques, I’m entering this into My Craft Spot Challenge #23- Sew Much Fun and a few other challenges over at:

Happy Birthday Card

The card design follows the sketch for the Celebrate the Occasion challenge. The colors and cupcake are chosen from the Birthday Sundaes Inspiration photo.  I used Cricut Doodlecharms Cartridge to cut the cupcake and I just happened to have some stitched ribbon that matched the card colors perfectly.
Happy Birthday Card
Thanks for Looking!
