Don’t you just love it when you create something you never meant to create in the first place? Well, that’s how this little pumpkin was born!
The initial idea came from Shelly @ My Paper Love who used her little pumpkins as place settings. I wanted see how a larger pumpkin would look so the idea then turned into a Jack-O-Lantern. My eventual plan is to add her into a Halloween Centerpiece with some more Halloween friends.
I scored and glued 12-4″ scalloped circled cut from Gypsy Wanderings. The leaves are cut from Doodlecharms and I attached some rolled paper as vines. The pumpkin didn’t want to stand up straight so I decided to stick her on a dowel (which is where the centerpiece idea came from) and I attach some fun purple and black tulle as ribbon.
I can’t wait to get working on the rest of the centerpiece. Maybe, I’ll make a whole pumpkin family? Hmmm…..so many ideas, just not enough time.
Thanks for looking!

October 27, 2011 at 9:29 pmCute. I’ll have to wait till my Gypsy is replaced to be able to use the Gypsy Wanderings carttridge. My Gypsy screen had a security breach code 2 message when I turned it on a wk ago. Provocraft emailed me a FedEx mailing label to return it for replacement since it was still under warranty.
