Summertime mean vacations and Summer vacation to my family means road trip. When I say “Road Trip”, I don’t mean like a 5 day, 500 mile road trip. I mean like a cross-country road trip. Like 4 weeks and 7K+ miles. Yep- you read that correctly. 7000 + miles.
Cork Board Arrow Sign
Inspired by our annual family road trip, I’m sharing a Cork Board Arrow Sign over on Echo Park Paper blog using the Getaway collection which reminds me of our big family adventures.
The arrow is cut from an Echo Park Arrow Sign cut file, matted and adhered with foam squares on to a cork board I scored at a Dollar Store.
The Compass Symbol is cut from a Silhouette cut file and the sign is embellished with Echo Park Getaway Alphas, Element Stickers, jute, ribbon, a star stick pin from Maya Road and wood thumb tacks.
Just seeing this Cork Board Arrow Sign displayed in my house reminds me of how lucky we are to be able to travel and site-seeing all over North America as a family. Can’t wait to do it again!

This is just such a inspiring layout done on the cork board. I am doing a mini album and was wondering how to spruce up the front page and I think you have hit it right on the head with this wonderful fun layout. Wow! I really cannot stress how much I like it! Thanks for sharing and for inspiring me to continue on with the album!
Love this. How creative and fun!
