Halloween Bat Banner

October 10, 2011 by Holly Gagnon 20 Comments

I think is my favorite Halloween project that I’ve made so far.  I designed the whole thing on my Gypsy during road trip.  I just love my Gypsy!

The base and layers of the banner are cut from Gypsy Wanderings and I used my crimper on the purple layer to add some texture.  The boy and girl bats, which represents my kids, are cut from Paper Doll Dress Up and the BOO lettering is from Storybook which is also textured embossed.  I used Mini Monsters to add the additional pumpkin and spider webs.

Thanks for looking!

Like the Halloween banner you created. In your blog candy post you indicated that you would announce winner by 10/10 and I did not see the winner name.

Beautiful textures! I just adore the way you incorporate “hidden” elements in your creations to represent you family! That is so fun! You have inspired me to pick up my paper crimper more, too…LOL! Great Banner!
