Create a Jellybean Dessert Pizza out of a sugar cookie crust, frosted with vanilla frosting and decorated with Jellybeans. A perfect kid fun and friendly recipe for Easter.
Ingredients
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Butter (softened)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • ½ tsp Lemon Extract (or other flavor extract)
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 3 cups Flour
Instructions
  1. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon extract. Add in egg.
  2. Mix flour and baking soda together in another bowl.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in to sugar mixture.
  4. Roll out half of dough on to pizza pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes depending on size and thickness of crust.
  6. Frost dessert pizza with canned frosting, decorate with Jellybeans
