Leprechaun House

Last year, my kids and I set a trap to catch a Leprechaun.  We didn’t have any luck catching him but he did leave us some chocolate gold coins.  Score!

So this year, in case we do catch him, I made a lil’  Leprechaun House for him to stay in.  My kids are super-duper excited about this idea too.  What do you feed a Leprechaun anyways?

DIY Leprechaun House in case you get lucky and catch one!

Leprechaun House

I made this Leprechaun Houses using the  Cricut Tag, Bags, Boxes & More 2  cartridge.  This was the first time I’ve used this cartridge and I didn’t realize how helpful it would of been to have had the recommended  scoring blade .  Should of read the instructions.. Ack!.

Since the score lines weren’t marked on the cuts (sans scoring blade), it made it more difficult to assembly the house but there is a very helpful little manual that comes along with this cartridge, thanks Cricut!

Anyways, I figured it out and I think this little house turned out so dang cute!  My kids love it too and are already discussing the trap for this year.

Wish us luck on catching our Leprechaun this year.  At least he’ll bring chocolate!
