Bunny Art Canvas

I got a little carried way this weekend cutting out bunnies for my Bunny Art Canvas.  Like bunnies are known to do, my bunnies kept multiplying.   First, ’cause I was cutting them out of some awesome wood veneer paper from Arc Crafts and second because I was soooo lovin’ how each one had a different wood grain pattern.

I cut out about 2 dozen bunnies using my Silhouette and an Easter Candy Set cut file from Lori Whitlock and I choose the best 12 wood grains to be representin’ my Bunny Art Canvas.

Wood Veneer Paper

I used  White Birch Wood  paper to make my bunnies and adhered them on a 8×8 canvas painted with DecoArt paints.

I then inked the edges of each bunny with brown ink and adhered foam dots behind some of them for dimension.

Cherry Wood Veneer Bunny

You gotta have a chocolate bunny at  Easter, right?   I used Cherry Wood Veneer paper to make my too cute to eat “chocolate” bunny.

I should mentioned I did cut out more wood veneer bunnies in other sizes too so look forward to another wood veneer bunny coming project soon.  Only this time, larger in size.
