Smash Tape Flower.......

I was browsing through Target's craft area the other day, which BTW is way to small but I did notice they now sell Smash Tape.   I wanted to see what this craze was all about so I threw a roll in my cart. 


I wasn't really sure what I was going to do with it but this is what I came up with:


 I made a Smash Tape Flower! 

I cut a few black and white flowers from George and Basic Shapes in various sizes and I covered one of the flower layers in Smash Tape.  That's it....plain and simple.  

I added a little bit of embossing to the card, a black button with a twine bow along with a Studio G stamped sentiment and now I can say I just made my first Smash project.

  3. Look at you smashing it up! Love the colors...they were my high school and college colors...so I have a special place in my heart for black and gold (I guess yours is yellow isn't it? but it just reminded me of the good ol days!)
