Fantabulous Cricut Crawl.....Bug Hugs for You

Welcome to  SEVENTH Fantabulous Cricut Crawl...

Each Design Team member will be featuring an original Up-cycled-Themed Project that includes  a Reusable or Recycled item along with a Cricut cut.

Sounds fun, huh?  You know we've all got some horded craft items we can recycle, right?

If you've come from Faith's blog at Faith Abigail Designs, you're in the right place!  If you've just happened across my blog and would like to play along with our Fantabulous Cricut Crawl, start HERE.

For my earth Saving Project, I recycled a Pringles can!   Yep-this clever idea originally came from my blog bestie- Jill at Jaihart and I wanted to give it a try.

So, I gave my kids a can of Pringles and said " Eat up kids, Mama's got to make a craft and try not to slobber on the can please."

The caterpillar is cut from Stretch Your Imagination.  This cartridge was the perfect choice to decorate a Pringles can because you can stretch the cuts to fit on the can.   Stretch Your Imagination cartridge may be an oldie but still a goodie.

I then wrapped some embossed cardstock around the can,  added a few paper flowers on the lid and stuck a little flag stamped with a sentiment from My Pink Stamper Buggy Punnies.

Creative, huh?  Now you wished you'd kept those Pringles cans that you just threw out in the trash this morning, right?

Anyways, I'm celebrating my one year "Blogoversary" soon so I'd like to offer up some blog candy to y'all....

I can't believe how many friends I've made since starting this blog and how much I've learned and been inspired by all you crafty friends of mine!

So, if you want to win my blog candy make sure you're a follower and leave me a comment telling me what's your favorite Pringles flavor (mine is Cheddar Cheese-Yum!) and I'll pick a random winner on May 7th which is my actual Blogoversary! Yeah...me!!

Now keep on crawling and make sure to check out each DT member's blog for more inspiration. There will be a Grand Prize up for grabs at FCCB for one participant who links up a "Save the Earth" project at FCCB!

Next stop on your crawl is...Jamie's blog at Scrap Queen, let's see what she's has in store for you......

Happy Crawling!

  33. What a cute project and I especially like the lid of the container, I had to laugh when I read for us to tell you our favorite flavor of chips.....for me it doesn't matter what the flavour is, because it is one of my worst tiggers to blow my diet. Hubby hides them so I will not touch them.
